Part of the reflection is the practical realisation that God is on our lives all the time, and illustrated by reflecting on the Pilgrimage of the Irish Pilgrimage Trust to Lourdes during Easter week.

This week on the Light of Truth Fr. Luuk O.P. is joined again by Fr. Philip and this week the discussion is on the journey through life. The period of Lent can be a representation of our journey through life, and has parallels with the Exodus story of the Israelites. Fr. Philip and Fr. Luuk look at some aspects of this journey, especially with the use of the Transfiguration as found in the Gospel of St. Luke.

This week on the Light of Truth Fr. Luuk Jansen OP talks with bro. Philip Mulryne OP about Marian apparitions. The Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes is on the 11th of February, so this week the Light of Truth looks at the apparitions of Our Lady to St. Bernadette.

This week on the Light of Truth Fr. Philip Mulryne O.P. joins Fr. Luuk O.P. to reflect on the second half of the first chapter of the Gospel according to St. John. This is where John the Baptist points out Jesus to the first discples. They follow Jesus, and when Jesus turns to them they ask where He stays. These disciples follow Jesus and stayed with Him, and this changed their lives for ever. The encounter with Jesus always changes our lives!
