When we gather each day as a community to celebrate the Eucharist, the mystery of salvation is both made present and is at work in a special way. We gather as communities to be nourished by God’s Word and to be enriched by the sacrament of the Body and Blood of the Lord.
This central act of each Dominican community is the primary reason for our existence.
It brings together all the facets of our life and ministry. Here, at the community Eucharist, we meet the Lord face to face.
Here we enrich each other as brothers through our sharing in the life of Christ.
The celebration of the Eucharist in each Dominican community is the most important act of each day.
